Back to Normal Schedule

My sleeping schedule had been very weird for a while since I came back from Edinburgh. I tried my best to adjust but once things happened and bothered me, I couldn't help but just couldn't sleep. Everything is getting better and most of my problems are sorted so I finally feel carefree and can sleep better. These few days I tried to sleep before 12 pm no matter if I was sleepy or not, I told myself that I should just stay on my bed reading until my eyes getting heavy. It works well. Besides, I didn't have to go to the toilet that often so I would be able to sleep longer and these days I usually sleep until 7 am. I then have breakfast and get prepared to go to the hospital.

Since I didn't sleep long enough at night, I needed to have a nap in the afternoon. My mom told me it's alright to take a nap but not too long or it won't be good for healthy and will also influence my sleep at night. I therefore decided I wouldn't have a nap longer than 2 hours.

We didn't really plan it but these few days my sister and me usually went somewhere together. We did some shopping and had nice lunch outside. I bought some stuff and two books. One of the book is about yoga for mother-to-be. I didn't do exercise for a long while and I think it's time to start exercise. According to all the books I've read about pregency, they all mention that exercise is really good. I therefore did some kicking today and my sister told me that it's dangerous. I showed her how good I am and she told me she is going to repot to Richie on facebook how I behave here. =.= She thinks I might lose my balance and end hurting myself.

Something spuprised me is that tonight my kungfu brother asked me if I would like to practice kungfu with them. I told him I couldn't because of several reasons but I would like to see all my kungfu brothers and sisters. :)
